We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

incorrect size selection
buyer’s remorse
change of mind
accidental orders

Because all products are made to order, each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

However, if your order arrives:

damaged,
defective,
misprinted,
or incorrect,

please contact us within 14 days of delivery at jisantamariaromero@gmail.com
 with:

your order number,
photos of the item,
and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll review the case and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

a replacement,
a refund,
store credit,
or a discount on a future purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a short period after purchase before production begins.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
