Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order through our trusted production partner, Printify. Since each item is custom-made specifically for you, orders require processing before shipping.

Production Time: Typically 2 to 7 business days.

During holidays, sales events, or peak seasons, production may take a little longer.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Total Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Example: If production takes 4 business days and shipping takes 5 business days, the total delivery time will be approximately 9 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the selected shipping method, and the number of products.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
